Below you will find a list of frequently asked questions - if you have a question that is not listed please don't hesitate to contact us.

Where are you located?
We are based in Maffra, Victoria 3860 (Gippsland)

What payment methods do you accept?
We have shopify pay, afterpay, paypal and credit card

How long do orders take?
This question is a little harder to answer due to each product has their own processing times.
Most items have an estimated processing time on the listing.
We try to complete orders within 1 week but they can sometimes take up to 4 weeks.
I only work weekends to complete orders.

Do you allow rush orders?
We welcome rush orders and do not charge additional fees for this.
Please be mindful that it we only create on weekends so may still need a minimum of 1 week unless you are local.
It will be best to check with us first before purchasing to ensure we can complete in your time frame.

Do you allow pickups?
Yes, we love our locals or people travelling through our beautiful area.
If you are coming through at a specific time please let me know and we will endeavour to help you with your request.

What should I expect my item to look like?
Although we laser cut - do not assume this means you will have laser burn marks on your wood.
We treat and prepare our wood to ensure you get the best quality possible.
Burn marks are the browning on top of the wood that others hope you think is normal, it is not normal if the maker cares about their product.
The laser burn marks is the wood residue settling on the top of your product leave a sticky unattractive look.
The item will have brown/black edges due to the laser cutting which can give a nice shadow effect on a wall.

What material do you work with?
We work with MDF, Ply and Bamboo wood
MDF is available in 3 and 6mm thick
Ply is available in 3 and 6mm thick and comes in a vary of colours.
Bamboo is only available in 3mm 
We also work with 2 or 3mm thick standard, glitter, mirror and 2 tone acrylic

Is every item made the same?
No, unless the item is the exact same product there will be variation in how they look.

Will I see a preview of my order?
On most of our listings you can see how your item will look with fonts, we do not usually send design approvals if a font is selected.
Although the preview shows you how it will look, we still need to edit this to connect letters, dots, commas etc and thicken up the font to make it strong and sturdy.
If you would like to see a design once edited please let us know and we will send it through.

I have made a spelling mistake, can it be fixed?
In most cases yes, providing you contact us straight away.
If the design is already completed you may be charge a redesign fee.
If your item is already cut then we cannot change it but you can reorder the same design without postage.
If your item is cut and posted then there is nothing we can do to correct your mistake.

What happens if my item arrived damaged?
All our tracked parcels come with insurance.
We need to know about any issues within 2 days of tracking marked delivered.
Outside of this timeframe may result in not being compensated due to not knowing if it was human error as time passes.

All our items come with packaging enough to keep your items safe however sometimes they are overly mishandled.

We require you to send back the broken item back to us so we can chase compensation and get a new item to you asap.
In most cases you can tape it back up and put RTS on the front and put in a red street box, in some instances a delivery fee is needed in which you can email us the receipt and we will refund the payment made.

Please ensure when selecting a font that you are happy with how it looks.
If you are unsure how it could look after it is edited please contact us or leave a note in the checkout to see the final preview prior to cutting.
We will not remake if you are unhappy after choosing your font as we offer a preview prior to ordering.

We do not accept returns on personalised items unless we have made a mistake
If you would like to return a non personalised item, you will be responsible for return postage costs and original postage will not be refunded.
